For instance, if a team member has a 50% split, the brokerage receives 30%, and the team leader retains 20%. Team leaders don't earn commissions if the brokerage or another agent provides a transaction. Please be mindful that the Principal Broker is actively engaged in real estate transactions during the day and evenings, so it's essential to communicate your questions early.

2. Training on Standard Contracts: If you're unsure about how to draft a standard contract, we encourage you to seek guidance from the Principal Broker before making an offer. Planning your consultations during business hours ensures that you have the necessary information to respond to your clients promptly.

3. Compliance Procedures: Our compliance department is responsible for maintaining strict adherence to policies and procedures to safeguard our real estate brokerage and your licensing status. After your offer is accepted, it's your responsibility to submit the REPC and all addendums for compliance checks.
